¶5It is quite apparent from the above report that the patta transfer order dated 14.02.2014 passed by the Zonal Tahsildar is not available on records. That apart, the petitioner is stated to be in possession and enjoyment of the property. It is also clear that originally, in the revenue records, the name of one Azhagu was mentioned and thereafter, by virtue of the patta transfer order passed on 28.11.2000, it was transferred to the name of one Veeraiah. According to the report, it continues to stand in the name of Veeraiah. In view of the same, the Tahsildar has suggested that the request made by the petitioner can be considered as an appeal under UDR and orders can be passed.

¶6In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the petitioner to make a fresh representation before the impleaded 5th respondent along with all the relevant records and also a copy of this order. The 5th respondent, on receipt of the same, shall conduct an enquiry and pass final orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the representation from the petitioner. Depending upon the order passed by the impleaded 5th respondent, the issuance of patta in the name of the petitioner shall be followed up and granted.

¶7This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
