O R D E R This writ petition has been filed seeking for a Mandamus, directing the respondents 3 to 5 herein not to interfere with the civil dispute in between the petitioner and 6th respondent herein with regard to the land in Survey No.73/26, Re-Survey No.136/47 situated at Panaiyur Village, Madurai South Taluk, Madurai District.

¶2Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the fifth respondent having come to know that there is a civil dispute between the parties had adviced them to seek remedy under the pending civil suit, on the basis of the counter affidavit that the land in question has been classified as 'natham poramboke' land. Since there is a civil dispute, after the disposal of the civil proceedings they can seek appropriate action.

¶3In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and learned Additional Government Pleader, no further orders are required to be made in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
