Judgment

ORDER None appears for the writ petitioner.

¶2I went through the contents of the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition. The prayer itself is that the respondents should adhere to due process of law before evicting the petitioner. No exception can be taken to the request. It is seen that the petition mentioned property is a water body. It was classified as "Tank Poramboke". The water body will have to remain as such. The respondents are directed to initiate action for clearing the encroachments in the petition mentioned water body. Of course, they will adhere to due process of law.

¶3This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
