O R D E R The present writ petition has been filed challenging the proceedings of the second respondent herein, wherein the panel was published for the post of Account Supervisor, who are suitable for promotion to the post of Assistant Accounts Officer.

¶2The grievance of the writ petitioner is that his seniority has not been fixed as per the 2006 panel on par with juniors.

¶3The respondents 1 and 2 have filed a counter. Paragraph No.6.12 is extracted as follows: (6.12) According to the said proceedings the petitioner has selected as Accounts Supervisor on

30.12.2013 on the crucial date 20.03.2012 and his seniority also been refixed in the 2010 panel based on the Per B.P.CMD Proceeding No.59, date

24.05.2013.

¶4On instructions, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that his client would be satisfied, in case the seniority of the petitioner is refixed in the 2010 panel.

¶5In view of the above said facts, the order impugned in the writ petition is set aside and the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to refix the seniority of the petitioner in the 2010 panel and pass appropriate consequential orders accordingly. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

¶6With the above said observation, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous petitions are closed.
