K. Manivannan v. The District Collector

ORDER Heard the learned counsel on either side.

¶2The prayer in the writ petition is for restraining the fifth respondent from operating tar plant in the petition mentioned site. As on date, the operations have not commenced.

¶3The learned counsel appearing for the fifth respondent undertakes before this Court on instructions that the fifth respondent will commence his operations only after complying with all the statutory and regulatory norms.

¶4Recording the said undertaking, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
