¶2The learned Special Government Pleader, on instructions submitted that a similar writ petition was filed by the petitioner in WP(MD)No.23455 of 2023 and the writ petition was disposed by order dated 02.11.2023. A copy of that order was also placed before this Court.

¶3Recording the above, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
