ORDER Heard the learned counsel on either side.

¶2Cause of action pertains to the year 2015. It obviously does not survive as on date. The police official who was then in charge of the local police station obviously would have been transferred by now.

¶3The Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
