Judgment
ORDER Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.The petitioner challenges the resolution passed by the respondent municipality. It is well settled that as against a mere resolution, writ petition will not lie. If any consequential action is taken, it is of course open to the petitioner to question on all the grounds that has been projected in the writ petition. In this case, the petitioner has come at the agenda stage itself.
3.With this liberty to the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
