The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the State submitted the copy of the proceedings of the Inspector of Panchayat/District Collector, dated 02.09.2023 issued under Section 205-1(a) of Tamil Nadu Panchayats Act, 1994. It is contended that further actions will be followed without causing any lapse of time.
