Judgment
ORDER Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents.
¶2The petitioner was holding the petition mentioned family ration card. By the impugned proceedings, it was revoked without notice. In the counter affidavit, it is stated that the petitioner had applied a fresh ration card and that the process is still pending. It is not known if the petitioner has been issued with a new ration card. If a new ration card has been issued, the matter can be given a quietus.
¶3Since the impugned order has been issued without complying with the principles of natural justice, it is set aside. The Writ Petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
