04.07.2023 Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.RANJITH.N, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.S.MANIKANDAN, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12087 of 2023 on 04.07.2023.

¶2The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly, investigation has been completed, final report has been presented before concerned Court on 03.07.2023, but it has not been taken on file so far.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12087 of 2023 on 04.07.2023 is relaxed and since the final report has been presented before the concerned Court, the petitioner shall appear before the concerned committal Court on receipt of summons.
