This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking for a direction to the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Kadaladi, to expedite the trial pending in C.C.No.207 of 2022.

¶2When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submits that the case is posted on 31.08.2023 for examination of L.W.1 to L.W.5

¶3In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of directing the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Kadaladi, to dispose of C.C.No.207 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible.
