O R D E R Heard the learned counsel on either side.

¶2It appears that the petitioner's daughter had committed suicide. The grand children are with their son-in-law. The petitioner wanted to perform the final obsequies at Rameswaram. He also wanted custody of his grand children. Such a relief cannot be granted in the writ jurisdiction. In any event, nothing survives for further adjudication. This writ petition stands closed as infructuous. No costs.
