P.Mari v. The District Revenue Officer

ORDER Heard the learned counsel on either side.

¶2During the pendency of this writ petition, the civil suit filed by the petitioners herein in O.S.No.161 of 2014 on the file of the District Munsif, Manamadurai ended against them. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioners filed A.S.No.179 of 2019 on the file of the Sub Court, Manamaduai. The rights of the parties will abide by the outcome of the civil proceedings. No further order is required in this writ petition.

¶3The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
