PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C. PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.114 of 2023 on the file of the Respondent Police. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Sole Accused, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 353 of I.P.C. and Section 21(d) of Tamil Nadu Forest Act in Crime No.114 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

¶2The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner has been arrested on 12.08.2023.

¶3Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this matter has become infructuous. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
