The Executive Officer v. Palaniswami K

ORDER This Court vide order dated 11.05.2023 in W.P.(MD).No.11454 of 2023, directed the respondents to collect the tax from the writ petitioner. Since the respondents have not collected the same, the petitioner has preferred a Contempt Petition in Cont.P.(MD).No. 1515 of 2023. In the contempt petition, in it has been reported that the Executive Officer has collected the tax. Recording the submission, the contempt petition was closed.

¶2Now, the Executive Officer has preferred a Review Application. Since the Executive Officer has already complied with the order, therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this Review Application.

¶3Hence, Writ Miscellaneous Petition is closed and the Review Application in SR stage is also closed.
