PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C. PRAYER :-For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.242 of 2023 on the file of the Respondent Police. ORDER : The Court made the following order :-

The petitioners/fourth Accused, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 328 of I.P.C. and Sections 6 (b) and 24(1) of Cigarette and Other Tobacco Products Act in Crime No.242 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

¶2The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner has been arrested on 19.08.2023.

¶3Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this matter has become infructuous. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
