¶2The petitioner has since alienated the subject property. He no longer has any locus standi interest to maintain this writ petition. It is open to the successor-in-interest to move this Court or the civil Court for establishing his or her rights.

¶3The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
