¶2The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and they prayed for relaxation of the said conditions.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and investigation is still pending.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12110 of 2023 on 05.07.2023 is fully relaxed and the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
