Judgment
ORDER The petitioner is said to be State President of a communal organization. He wants the petition mentioned name board to be restored.
2.The request is opposed by the official respondents. They point out that near the petition mentioned site, a government school is presently running. Installation of name board which is in the name of a community is likely to give rise to law and order problems. In any event, the Writ Court cannot issue the direction sought for.
3.This writ petition is dismissed accordingly. No costs.
