ORDER Heard both sides.

¶2I went through the averments set out in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition.

¶3As rightly pointed out by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, notice was for removal of petitioner from the office of the Vice-President. The tenure has already expired. Nothing survives for further adjudication.

¶4This writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
