Judgment

ORDER The present writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to disburse the petitioner's difference amount of Gratuity, Surrender Leave, Provident Fund, Pensions Arrears and to revise Pensions on the basis of 12(3) Settlement, dated 04.01.2018 along with 6% interest.

¶2By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

¶3The writ petitioner was employed in the respondent Corporation and he reached the age of superannuation on 31.03.2017. His grievance is that he was not given effect of the wage settlement that was entered into on

04.01.2018. It is not in dispute that the said settlement was notionally given from 01.09.2016. The actual monetary benefit was given for the months from

01.09.2017 to 31.12.2017. Admittedly, the petitioner has to be given differences in wages for the aforesaid four months. His grievance is that he was not given the said wage difference.

¶4The respondent Management is directed to pay the wage difference to the petitioners for the aforesaid period within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

¶5This writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
