This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking quashment of the FIR in Crime No.130 of 2022 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Vadakadu Police Station, Pudukottai District.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the police have completed the investigation and filed the charge sheet in the month of June, 2023 by way of E-Filing and CC number is awaited.

3.Once the investigation has already been completed, this petition seeking quashment of the FIR cannot be considered. Accordingly, this Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioners are at liberty to challenge the charge sheet before the appropriate Court, once the charge sheet is taken on file. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
