¶2The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

¶3The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly and investigation in this case is still pending.

¶4Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12539 of 2023 is relaxed in toto and the petitioner shall report before the trial Court on receipt of summons.
