M/S.Shriram City Union Finance Limited v. P.Karunanithi

O R D E R Today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that as per the direction of the learned trial Judge passed in Cr.M.P.No.1331 of 2021 dated 27.10.2021, the jewels were recovered from the petitioner Bank and in turn produced before the Court. Further, there is no direction given by the learned trial Judge to hand over the jewels to the petitioner in Cr.M.P.No.1331 of 2021 in the said order.

¶2In view of the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, there is no necessity for further adjudication in this petition. Hence, this Criminal Revision Petition is closed.
