¶2The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner joining hands with other accused created and fabricated power of attorney in favour of Karthick A11 in this case and subsequently, on the strength of the power of attorney the properties were sold in favour of other accused, thereby they snatched away the property of the defacto complainant. Hence, the case.
¶3The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he was falsely implicated in this case and he is in no way connected in the above said incident. He has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He would further submit that the alleged transactions were taken place as early as in the year 2020. After lodging of objections for registration in the year 2022, the complaint has been lodged only recently. Further he submitted that in this regard civil proceedings also initiated. He would further submitted that one of the accused also granted anticipatory bail. He is ready to co-operate with the investigation. Hence, he prays to grant Anticipatory Bail to the petitioner.

¶5Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.
¶6Considering the rival submissions on either side, the nature of offences charged against the petitioner, that the alleged transactions were taken place as early as in the year 2020, that all the accusations are born out of records and also considering all the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, subject to the following conditions: [a] Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance, within a period of fifteen days from the date on which the order copy made ready, before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli, on condition that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that: [b] the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks, thereafter, as and when required for interrogation; [c] the petitioner shall not commit any offences of similar nature.
