ORDER Heard the learned counsel on either side.

¶2The only request made by the petitioner is that public auction must be conducted for the fishery rights of the petition mentioned kanmai.

¶3When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the Public Works Department has been conducting public auction.

¶4Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
