¶2The prayer in the writ petition is for disposal of the petition filed by the petitioner. The learned Additional Government Pleader produced a copy of the order dated

02.01.2017 issued by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Tirunelveli. It is seen that there is no need to give a disposal to the petitioner's application. It is for the petitioner to work out his rights before the jurisdictional civil Court. This writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. I make it clear that the merits of matter have not been gone into. No costs.
