¶2The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.1670 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.7318 of 2022 on 01.02.2023 is relaxed and the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
