¶2Heard Mr.S.A.Syed Shaik Alaudeen, the Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner, Mr.S.A.Ajmal Khan, the Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents/Wakf Board and perused the material documents available on record.

¶3Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court without going into the merits of the case directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation strictly in accordance to the provisions of the Wakf Act. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of Three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

¶4With the observations, this Writ Petition is allowed. No Costs. Index : Yes / No
