ORDER None appears for the writ petitioner.

¶2However, the second respondent makes the statement before this Court through the learned Additional Government Pleader that on 10.08.2023 at around 10.00 a.m survey shall be done. The second respondent shall issue notice not only to the writ petitioner but also to other interested parties. Usual procedure for conducing survey shall be followed.

¶3Recording the submission of the second respondent, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
