O R D E R None appeared for the writ petitioner on the last occasion. The case was directed to be listed under the caption "for dismissal". Today also there is no representation.

¶2I went through the contents of the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition as well as the materials enclosed in the typed set of papers.

¶3The petitioner seeks restoration of electricity supply for the petition mentioned residential building.

¶4The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents pointed out that energy theft was detected and that assessment order was also issued. As on date, the assessment order is holding the field. It has not been stayed or set aside. Unless the petitioner pays the assessment charges, the question of restoration will not arise.
