ORDER:- This Contempt Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the afdadit fled in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Ms. K.P.S. PALANIVELRAJAN, Senior Counsel for Mr.K.Prabhakaran, Addocate for the Petitioner and of Ms.P. VEERA KATHIRAVAN ,Additional Addocate General Assist by Mr. S. Radi Additional Public Prosecutor ,for the responden this Court made the following order: (Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.) This Court, while disposing of the contempt petition, issued certain directions to the contemnor police and also to the Director General of Police.

2.Today, when the mater is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Addocate General submits that the order passed by this Court in Cont.P.(MD) No. 4 2 of 2022, dated 28.06.2023 has been complied with. He has produced the compliance report fled by the contemnor as well as the circular issued by the Director General of Police dated 03.09.2023 before this Court.
