Government Advocate (Crl.side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.923 of 2023 on the file of the Respondent Police. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/ Accused apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences under Sections 3(2)(a), 4(1), 4(2)(c) Immoral Traffic Prevention Act, 1956 r/w 370 of IPC, in Crime No.923 of 2023, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

¶2The case of the prosecution as per the defacto complainant's version is that the petitioner is running a spa. On 28.06.2023, the petitioner informed the defacto complainant that he is doing brothel business with three women and insisted the defacto complainant to attend them in the hotel. Hence the complaint.

¶3The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent, he has been falsely implicated in this case and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

¶4Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is involved in another case in Crime No.900 of 2020 for the similar offences and also produced a copy of the FIR.

¶5Learned counsel for the petitioner stated that both the occurrences are different.

¶6Considering the bad antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant relief to the petitioner.
