PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.Not known of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 406, 420 & 506(i) of I.P.C., in Crime No. not known of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, counsel on either side, submitted that only enquiry is pending. The matter is settled out of the Court.

3.In view of the above said submissions, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
