O RDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking for a direction to the respondent Police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of a complaint given by respondent No.4

2.According to learned counsel for the petitioner, respondent No.4 has borrowed a sum of Rs.5,20,000/- from the petitioner and executed a pronote, and when the petitioner has demanded her to return the money, she has filed a false complaint before the second respondent, who conducted an enquiry and closed the same. It is further submitted that the fourth respondent has sent one more application to the CM Office from where the said complaint was forwarded to the third respondent Police, who again started an enquiry on the same complaint. Therefore, sought for suitable directions.

¶3Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on the other hand, submits that, the complaint filed by the fourth respondent has been issued as a current paper and enquired into and closed the same, stating that, the dispute between the petitioner and respondent No.4 is purely civil in nature on account of disputes are monetary in nature.

¶4Once the representation filed by the unofficial respondent has already been closed, no further directions can be given in this case. Accordingly, the petition is closed, since no complaint is pending against the petitioner.
