ORDER None appears for the writ petitioner.

¶2The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents informs the Court that what is under challenge is only an auction sale notice. The petitioner has since cleared the dues and also taken back the mortgaged document. According to the respondents, nothing survives for further adjudication.

¶3Recording the said submission, this writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
