2.Mr.H.Arumugam, learned Counsel for the petitioner would bring to my notice that though respondents 10 to 13 remain unserved in the present application, they were given up in the Second Appeal and hence, their presence is not necessary in the Review Applications.

3.I am satisfied with the said reasoning of the learned Counsel for the petitioner.

4.Learned Counsel for the respondents 1 to 7 have no serious objection for the delay in filing the review being condoned.

5.Independently, I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the condone delay application and I am satisfied that the petitioner has made out sufficient cause explaining the delay of 431 days in seeking Review of the judgment in the Second Appeals.

6.Accordingly, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered.

7.Registry is directed to number the Review Applications and list the same for hearing. The name of the learned Counsel for the respondents 1 to 6 and 7 shall be printed at the time of listing the Review Applications for admission. 23-03-2026 MR To
