This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 and 3 to act upon the application submitted by the petitioner seeking for survey of the subject property.

¶2When the mater was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents produced the written instructions received from the second respondent. ¶3It is clear from the above that on an earlier occasion, an attempt was made to survey the properties. But however there was some dispute between the petitioner and her brother. Now, the dispute has been resolved between the parties and they had arrived at a settlement. In view of the same, if the petitioner once again approaches the respondents 2 and 3 for survey of the property, the said process can be undertaken by the respondents 2 and 3.

¶4This Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
