ORDER Heard the learned counsel on either side.

¶2The writ petitioner passed away. The issue appears to be purely civil in nature. The parties may have to resolve their dispute only before the jurisdictional civil court. The order passed by the revenue authority is sustained.

¶3The Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
