2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner has moved an application seeking anticipatory bail before the learned Principal District Judge, Theni in Crl.M.P.No.2929 of 2023, which is stated to be pending.

3.Let the petitioner pursue the above said petition before the learned Principal District Judge, Theni.
