2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that the investigation has already been completed in this case and the charge sheet is also filed before the concerned Court.

3.Since the investigation has already been completed and the charge sheet is also filed before the concerned Court, this Petition becomes infructuous, thereby dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioners are at liberty to challenge the charge sheet, if they are so advised. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
