Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.GANDHIRAJAN.M, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.12191 of 2023 on 06.07.2023.

¶2The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said conditions.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly. There is no previous case pending against the petitoner.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, let the petitioner comply the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.12191 of 2023 on 06.07.2023 for fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. On such compliance, condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.12191 of 2023 on 06.07.2023 is fully relaxed thereafter and the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
