Judgment

O R D E R [Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble CHIEF JUSTICE] The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that common water connection exists for the benefit of the villagers. Now the private connections are being given from the common water pipeline situated in the 6th respondent Village Panchayat. The same would be detrimental to the interests of the villagers.

¶2The writ petition is filed in the year 2015. Today's position will have to be considered. The respondents certainly would be required to have a common water connection.

¶3In case, today, the problem exists with regard to the supply of the water and the private / separate water connections are proving to be impediment, then the petitioner may agitate afresh.

¶4With this observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
