O R D E R This writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the first respondent pertaining to his proceedings in C.No.356/ENC/TRC/2015, dated 22.04.2015 and quash the same as unconstitutional and illegal and further direct the first respondent.

¶2When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on the side of the petitioner.

¶3The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents represented that the proceedings is related to order under Section 107 of Cr.P.C, dated 22.04.2015, for the particular period and the time was already over. Hence, nothing survives in this petition.

¶4Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that already time was lapsed, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed . No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
