ORDER

Heard both sides.

¶2The petitioner's rights are not infringed by the enjoyment of the petition mentioned service connection by the third respondent. It is for the authorities to take action. This Court will not be justified in issuing any direction at the instance of the petitioner.

¶3This writ petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
