Judgment

O RDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for a direction to the learned Fast Track Court, Kovilpatti to dispose of C.C.No.50 of 2021 as expeditiously as possible.

¶2During the course of submission, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that Non-Bailable Warrant is pending against the second respondent/A2.

¶3Since Non-Bailable Warrants are pending in C.C.No.50 of 2021 against the accused, the learned Magistrate cannot proceed with the trial. The petitioner having ideas about that the warrants are pending against the accused has approached this Court for this petition to expedite the trial, instead of filing an application for direction to police to execute the non-bailable warrant.

¶4In view of the above, no order can be passed. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
