ORDER The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging violation of the order passed by this Court, dated 29.08.2022 in W.P.(MD) No.17192 of 2016. In the said order, this Court has directed the first respondent to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law after giving due opportunity to the writ petitioner.

¶2The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent brought to the notice of this Court that in compliance of the order of this Court, the Tahsildar has passed an order, dated 14.07.2023.

¶3Therefore, this Contempt Petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said order in the manner known to law.
