RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12533 of 2023 order dated 13.07.2022 by this Honble Court and thus render justice. Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.VIGNESHKUMAR.K, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.SURESH KUMAR, Advocate on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.12533 of 2023 on 13.07.2022.

¶2The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying the conditions regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said conditions.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly. There is no previous case pending against the petitioner and the investigation is under process.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.12533 of 2023 on 13.07.2022 is fully relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
