O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the 3rd respondent not to harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry.

¶2The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that due to non appearance of both the parties, the above said enquiry is still kept pending.

¶3If there is no co-operation on the side of both parties, let the above said enquiry be closed, even though the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre, there was no representation before the Mediation Centre. Today also, there is no representation for the petitioner.

¶4In view of the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for default, without going into other aspects.
